Heavy Oyster Scraping Extra Charge
All Paints and thinners must be purchased from Gulf Star
All outside laborers must be licensed & insured
A surcharge of 10% will be charged on outside labor & materials

Slip Rental
Full size slips (to 11.5 ft. beam) cost $275 each month
Smaller slips (to 8 ft beam) cost $75 each month
If electricity is needed there is a $20 charge each month
Water is provided at no charge
No dogs permitted at the Marina
No children permitted at the Marina unless closely supervised
Access to Marina is 24 hours a day 7 days a week with key
